Went to add a 3rd vehicle and the price I was quoted for my 3 cars turned out to be incorrect and the price to add ONE SINGLE car of $755 and when trying to speak with the agent himself because I was miss quoted I wanted to speak with MY AGENT BRETT I kept being told from whoever the girls are that answer the phones “he’s just going to tell you the same thing I’m telling you” and they’d put a request in with him that me and my fiancé wanted to speak with him. Never heard a response back had to end up dropping this company and going with someone else. Also the claims adjuster I had working my totaled out car I had to tell her how to do her job going back and forth between her and my Leander and she delayed the process of my whole claim.
