"Loved State Farm my first 6months. Went to add a 3rd vehicle and the price I was quoted for my 3 cars turned out to be incorrect and the price to add ONE SINGLE car of $755 and when trying to speak with the agent himself because I was miss quoted I wanted to speak with MY AGENT BRETT I kept being told from whoever the girls are that answer the phones “he’s just going to tell you the same thing I’m telling you” and they’d put a request in with him that me and my fiancé wanted to speak with him. Never heard a response back had to end up dropping this company and going with someone else. Also the claims adjuster I had working my totaled out car I had to tell her how to do her job going back and forth between her and my Leander and she delayed the process of my whole claim. Here I am a month later and car is just now being done with."

"One star is to generous. I changed to state farm for home insurance after being poached by one of Brett’s charismatic sales associates Taylor. She did a fantastic job getting me insurances. To bad the insurance was for a property I never owned nor been to in over 5 years. I didn’t find out till 2 months into my contract. Only found out the address was wrong when my mortage company called asking “um you don’t have insurance??” After deciding to stay with Brett and his team, I found out my bill went up $700 a year from what they quoted me originally. Still decided to stay with them as the coverage was good and they saved me a few bucks in my auto. After three months of back and forth and no stop stress, they dropped me as a client because the roof on my garage and additional structures were “rusty”"
